Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Ghani Global LLC.

1. Management Fees

Monthly management fees cover work performed during the billing period, including strategy, setup, optimization and reporting. Because this work is performed as the month progresses, management fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

2. One-Time Services

For audits, setup projects or other fixed-fee deliverables, fees become non-refundable once work has begun. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to correct it.

3. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend is paid to Google, YouTube or other platforms, not to Ghani Global. We cannot refund ad spend. Any credits or refunds for ad spend are subject to the platform's own policies.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel by giving written notice as set out in your services agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, we require 30 days' written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees for periods already started.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will review it promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

6. How to Request a Refund Review

Email us at the address below with your name, company, invoice number and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
